Heroing a mainstay ingredient in Asian cuisine Garlic, the Moi Soi Hot Garlic sauce is made from flavourful garlic, onions, chilly and white pepper giving any dish that ‘umami’ flavour

Cooking Time: 5 Mins

Step 1:
Roughly slice asparagus, red capsicum & pak choy.Toss in a hot pan with 1 tablespoon oil.

Step 2:
Add 1 tablespoon, Moi Soi Hot Garlic Sauce to the pan and toss till vegetables are fully coated in the sauce.

Step 3:
Add 1 1/2 cup boiled Hakka noodles to the pan, mix well, garnish with sesame seeds and serve.

(Add diced chicken and scrambled eggs for a yummy non-veg version!)
