Grilled Black Pepper Cottage Cheese Steaks

Step 1
Cut a wedge of cottage cheese into 1-inch steaks. Coat with Moi Soi Black Pepper Sauce and marinate for 30 minutes.

Step 2
Grill steaks on high flame till charred.

Step 3
Serve on a bed of Chinese cabbage and carrots for extra flavour!

Use a White Flaky Fish for a Non-Veg version!
Use Moi Soi Oriental Chilli Mix to add an extra spicy kick.
