Step 1: Marinate Fish fillet/ prawns (1kg) with 1 table spoon turmeric, 1 tbsp red chilli powder, salt 1/2 tbsp for 10 mins.
Step 2: Heat two tbsp mustard oil in a pan, add fish and contents of this packet.
Step 3: Add 2 cups of water (200ml) and let it cook
