Prep Time: 15 Mins Cooking Time: 5 MinsStep 1 Boil Baby corn and Shitake mushrooms for 2 minutes. Drain and rinse.
Step 2 Add a tablespoon of oil in a pan, add the boiled baby corn and Shitake mushrooms, along with sugar snap peas and cherry tomatoes to the pan and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Step 3 Add 1 tablespoon spoon of Moi Soi Sapo Sauce, stir fry and Serve hot! (Add ringlets of charred squid for a non-veg version!)
