Made from an aromatic mix of ginger, garlic, and chillies and high quality soya sauce. Manchurian sauce is a unique blend of sweet, savoury, spicy and sour creating the umami experience.

Mix together chopped vegetables, corn flour and roll into small balls and fry in hot oil
In a non stick pan sauté sliced onions and add one tablespoon of Moi Soi Manchurian sauce.
Optional: Add half cup of water for extra gravy and to make it thicker add cornflour slurry instead of plain water
Coat the balls with the delicious sauce,garnish with spring onions and serve!
