Step 1 Mix together chopped vegetables, corn flour and roll into small balls and fry in hot oil
Step 2 In a non stick pan sauté sliced onions and add one tablespoon of Moi Soi Manchurian sauce. Optional: Add half cup of water for extra gravy and to make it thicker add cornflour slurry instead of plain water
Step 3 Coat the balls with the delicious sauce,garnish with spring onions and serve! (Mix shredded chicken in the veggie balls for a non-veg version!)
